Training Sessions

Our training sessions suit runners of all abilities and backgrounds. Whether you're looking to just get fit, lose weight, beat your personal best or train for a specific race we have experienced coaches and motivated runners who will be happy to help and support you. We typically train 4 times every week. Each session is designed for a specific goal (e.g. time, endurance, distance etc) but can be tailored to meet your needs if required.

There is no commitment to take part in any of the sessions, so feel free to pick and choose the days and sessions that suit your personal timetable and objectives. All sessions are free of charge to members, so there is no booking in or payment to worry about, simply turn up and enjoy it.

Note: Non-members are welcome to attend our sessions for the first 4 weeks as a taster, before deciding whether to join us as a full member, after this period you will not be able to continue to attend training sessions unless you join the club.
